A Sound of Hope empowers Christians to talk about mental health openly and without stigma. It uncovers inner wounds and misconceptions, guiding believers toward a path of health and healing so they can live in lasting freedom.

A Sound of Hope is a powerful mental health series created to go beyond surface conversations and uncover the deeper roots of emotional and mental struggles. Across six episodes, it blends original music, real stories of resilience, and insight from trauma-informed experts.

Hosted by Andrea Thomas Hand, alongside her husband Joshua Hand, the series is raw, honest, and beautifully redemptive—inviting viewers into a new kind of conversation where faith and mental health come together as part of a true path to healing.
